How to request an Expert Opinion:
Service request
Send a message via email to usamed@usamedicalservices.com with your name, medical condition and specific request for Expert Opinion service.
Assignment of doctor to your case
After Bupa receives your request, the doctor assigned to your case will contact you to explain the service to you and help you compile all the necessary medical documentation.
Review by the clinical committee
The Expert Opinion clinical committee will evaluate your case and select the best independent specialists regarding your condition.
Medical review
Medical experts review your case and make recommendations for your treatment.
Case report
Upon completion of the process, you will receive a case report that includes your medical history, the opinions of medical specialists, references to medical publications, and a brief profile of each of the specialists involved.
